Life Update
Sorry I haven’t been very active with my blog lately, I’ve been really focusing on my job and just my life in general. The great thing is I’ve finally gotten a job as a fitness coach at the Orangetheory I’ve been working at! It’s been a long process but I can finally call myself a coach and put my NASM training to use. I’ve already taught a few classes and I love it so much ❤️ I can’t wait to see where my fitness prfessional journey takes me next!

I DESPARATELY want to fill my dash up with fitness, nutrition, workouts, motivation, healthy stuff, people on their weightless/fitness journeys & the like, but going through those tags nowadays is rough! WHY IS MORE THAN HALF THE FITBLR TAG PORN?!

It’s been a while since I posted, but today was a great workout at OTF! we had our 2000 M benchmark with a little different template layout, it was super fun to coach and even more fun to take class, my time for my 2000 M row was 8:32.3, I couldn’t remember what my past time was but now I know what I need to beat next time!
Finally got a really good workout in 💪🏾 I got my half mile time down to 5 minutes! Hopefully I can keep this up and keep decreasing my mile time, we also did some upper body today which made me notice that I need to focus on more, now I know what my workout should be tomorrow ✌🏾
